Veris Residential (VRE) is considering selling or refinancing its apartments valued at about $450 million near Jersey City's waterfront, Bloomberg News reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The company hired Newmark Group's (NMRK) brokers led by Adam Spies and Adam Doneger to sell the apartments called Jersey City Urby, the report said.
Neither Veris nor Newmark immediately responded to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
