BlockBeats 消息，9 月 28 日，Galaxy 发文表示，此前美国证券交易委员会（SEC）已批准纳斯达克上市和交易现货比特币 ETF 期权，不过仍然需要获得美国 CFTC（美国商品期货交易委员会）和 OCC（美国货币监理署）的批准，目前还没有确定的时间表，因此交易确切开始日期仍未确定。
现货比特币 ETF 期权交易有一定限制，比如严格监控市场操纵和明确的持仓限制，纳斯达克 ISE 计划于其他交易所合作将这些要求与现有的监控系统整合起来。
Galax 补充称，长期来看，现货比特币 ETF 期权可以稳定比特币的波动性，增强投资者信心，深化市场流动性，再加上纽约梅隆银行最近推出的数字资产托管服务，比特币的制度化正在加速。
