BlockBeats 消息，9 月 24 日，Jupiter 联创 Meow 发布处理 2 2.15 亿 15,461,850.21 枚未分配 JUP 代币的提案草案。这些代币源于今年早些时候 Jupuary 空投中未被领取或未重新分配的部分，提案提出了三个选项：
1）将代币用于未来一年的主动质押奖励（ASR）计划；
2）销毁这些代币；
3）将代币返还给社区多重签名钱包。
根据草案内容，Jupiter 团队“强烈”推荐第一个选项，认为 ASR 计划在促进社区参与和 DAO 投票方面成效显著。过去两个季度，已有 361M JUP 被质押，超过 58.5 万个地址参与，平均每次投票参与量达 280M JUP。若采用选项一，每季度将分发 50M JUP 给投票者，持续四个季度。
