Ten Sixty Four (ASX:X64) said a Philippine court dismissed a criminal case involving falsification of public documents, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The case was brought against Jeffery McGlinn, Joseph Mahusay, Ramon Austria, and Rosalinda Adriano Montenegro in a dispute over the 60% ownership of Philsaga Management and Holdings not held by the company, the filing stated.

The claims do not involve the company and do not impact its 40% interest in the Co-O mine, its 80% direct interest in the Co-O Mill, or current operations at Co-O.
