智通财经APP讯，青岛港(601298.SH)公告，公司拟发行股份及支付现金购买山东港口日照港集团有限公司持有的日照港油品码头有限公司100%股权、日照实华原油码头有限公司50.00%股权和山东港口烟台港集团有限公司持有的山东联合能源管道输送有限公司53.88%股权、山东港源管道物流有限公司51.00%股权，并以询价的方式发行股份募集配套资金(“本次交易”)。
2024年9月26日，公司收到上海证券交易所出具的《关于受理青岛港国际股份有限公司发行股份购买资产并募集配套资金申请的通知》(上证上审(并购重组)〔2024〕25号)，上海证券交易所依据相关规定对公司报送的发行股份购买资产并募集配套资金的申请文件进行了核对，认为该项申请文件齐备，符合法定形式，决定予以受理并依法进行审核。
