领展(00823.HK) 表示，与中电(00002.HK) 旗下中华电力致力推动节能减排，携手于领展旗下物业开展节能减碳及电气化项目，并推动商户实践可持续发展的营商模式，合作项目包括中华电力为领展在旗下54个物业安装创新人工智能能源管理系统。系统可实时收集及分析商场数据，预测及调节所需的空调温度，达致更佳的节能减排表现。
领展透露，在中华电力的各项能源管理方案协助下，过去五年旗下物业共节省超过3,100万度电，相等于约7,800个家庭一年用电量，减少约1.2万吨碳排放量。
