金融界9月26日消息，朗诗绿色生活于2021年6月15日有条件采纳股份期权计划。该计划的主要目的是激励合格参与者优化他们的绩效效率，同时吸引和保留或以其他方式维持与合格参与者的持续业务关系。依据股份期权计划的条款和条件，除非得到公司股东的批准，否则根据股份期权计划和任何其他计划可授予的股份期权所涉及的最高股份数目，合计不得超过上市日期的已发行股份的10%，也就是40,000,000股。2022年7月5日，朗诗绿色生活向期权承授人提呈授出合共6,476,600份股份期权，以认可他们对集团所作出的贡献。此次授予的股份期权将使期权承授人可以认购合共6,476,600股新股份，占公司已发行股本约1.58%。根据股份期权计划，2024年1月1日和6月30日期权承授人可能被授予的股份期权涉及的股份数目均为33,725,700股。
