金融界9月26日消息，永升服务2024年中期报告显示，公司在报告期间录得收入约人民币3,371.0百万元，相较于2023年同期的人民币3,183.7百万元增长了5.9%。其中，物业管理服务是收入的最大来源，收入达到约人民币2,462.5百万元，占公司总收入的73.1%，收入增长主要来自于与旭辉集团的稳定合作和不断扩大的第三方客户群。
