智通财经APP获悉，CRO概念股持续走高，截至发稿，泰格医药(03347)涨9.28%，报31.2港元；康龙化成(03759)涨4.85%，报11.24港元；昭衍新药(06127)涨4.8%，报7.64港元；药明康德(02359)涨3.53%，报44港元；药明生物(02269)涨2.69%，报13.76港元。
消息面上，据美国国会官网，美《生物安全法》立法一事又有进展。在最新的修正案中，药明生物已经被除名。交银国际认为，美国生物安全法案未被纳入NDAA，意味着生物安全法案立法进一步被推迟，年内单独立法的可能性下降，同时S.3558号法案最新版未纳入药明生物，根据美国立法流程，该行认为其他被提及的公司也有最终被除名的可能。
交银国际指出，考虑到美联储正式启动降息、行业订单边际改善，预计头部CXO的投资情绪将边际回暖，但进一步估值修复或许需要更多业绩复苏的能见度。国信证券表示，随着海外投融资的逐季度恢复，美联储开启降息周期，部分CXO板块公司的收入及利润有望呈现逐季度环比改善趋势，海外业务占比大的公司有望改善更加明显。
