内媒引述多家银行内部人士报道，目前银行正在等待金融监管部门具体的实施细则，并进行设备调试。有银行人士预计，存量房贷利率调整最快在国庆十一假期之后落地。
蓝筹内房华润置地(01109.HK) 、龙湖(00960.HK) 、中海外(00688.HK) 升4.7%至6%。蓝筹物管股万象生活(01209.HK) 升5.5%。
