智通财经APP获悉，华润燃气(01193)涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.27%，报31.6港元，成交额562.86万港元。
消息面上，华润燃气公布，董事会将不时于公开市场购回至少4579.73万股公司股份，占公司已发行股本总额约1.98%，并视情况于公开市场购回更多公司股份。华润燃气表示，建议股份购回将由公司内部现金资源拨付。董事会认为，公司现有财务资源足以支持股份购回同时维持稳健的财务状况。
摩根士丹利近日研报指出，上调华润燃气目标价2%，从33.4港元升至34.1港元，主要反映盈利预测更好，维持“增持”评级。大摩表示，上调对华润燃气2024-2026年盈利预测2%，计及2024年上半年的实际业绩，主要是利润率预测更好及将估值延伸至2025年及按13倍市盈率，原为2024年市盈率14倍。
