智通财经APP讯，北京能源国际(00686)发布公告，董事会建议将公司已发行及未发行股本中每10股现有股份合并为1股合并股份。于本公告日期，公司有223.34亿股已缴足或入账列作缴足的已发行现有股份。假设自本公告日期起直至股东特别大会日期将不再进一步发行股份，于股份合并生效后，公司将有22.33亿股已缴足或入账列作缴足的已发行合并股份。公司的法定股本将维持于30亿港元，惟将分拆为30亿股每股面值1.0港元的合并股份。
现有股份目前以每手2000股现有股份的买卖单位于联交所买卖。于股份合并生效后，买卖合并股份的每手买卖单位将维持于每手2000股合并股份不变。
