智通财经APP讯，电能实业(00006)发布公告，于2024年9月25日，电能实业附属公司、长江实业附属公司及长江基建附属公司各自与CK William订立关于第一次股份认购的认购书，已分别认购CK William的1542股、3084股及3084股普通股，总认购价分别为1542万英镑、3084万英镑及3084万英镑，以上股份认购均按集团、长江实业集团及长江基建集团各自占CK William权益的比例，根据实质上相同的条款进行。
于同日，电能实业附属公司、长江实业附属公司及长江基建附属公司各自就第二次股份认购与CK William订立认购书，同意于第二次股份认购完成日期进一步认购CK William最多570股、最多1140股及最多1140股普通股，总认购价分别为最高570万英镑、最高1140万英镑及最高1140万英镑，以上股份认购均按集团、长江实业集团及长江基建集团各自占CK William权益的比例，根据实质上相同的条款进行。将予认购的普通股最终数目及认购价将由CK William厘定，并于第二次股份认购完成日期前通知电能实业附属公司、长江实业附属公司及长江基建附属公司。
CK William为一家投资控股公司，拥有及营运涵盖电力与燃气配送及可持续分布式能源发电的能源业务。
