由恒地(00012.HK) 、中国海外(00688.HK) 、新世界发展(00017.HK) 、华懋集团、帝国集团及会德丰地产合作发展，位于启德的“天泷”料短期内出满意纸，10月内交楼。
恒基物业代理董事及营业(二)部总经理韩家辉指，待“天泷”获得满意纸后，预计项目可于10月底至11月初以现楼再发售单位。
他续表示，“天泷” 目前累售61伙，套现26亿元，平均呎价约3.65万元，售价介乎2,600万至1.1亿元。
对于本港楼市，韩家辉认为减息绝对是正面因素，加上内地出重招大力支持经济及房市，相信“租贵过供”的情况将很快出现，而且利息下降亦会可吸引到投资客进行投资。他指，当前楼价非常吸引，不排除很快可以转角。另外，今年会以“量”为先，但随着减息，其后市道会更加好。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-09-25 12:25。)
