德国软件开发商SAP SE、产品经销商Carahsoft Technology Corp．和其他几家公司正在接受美国官员的调查，涉嫌合谋在过去十年里向政府机构收取过高费用。

　　根据在巴尔的摩提交的联邦法院记录，至少从2022年开始，美国司法部律师一直在调查SAP是否与Carahsoft非法合谋，操纵向美国军方和其他国家/地区的产品销售价格。

　　这项民事调查此前从未报道过，这令向美国政府提供技术的领先供应商以及这家德国市值最高的公司面临法律风险。

　　在此之前，Carahsoft在弗吉尼亚州的办公室周二遭到联邦调查局和军方调查人员突然搜查。

　　公司发言人Mary Lange将此次搜查描述为“对一家过去与Carahsoft有业务往来的公司进行的调查”。目前尚不清楚此次搜查是否与SAP的调查有关。Lange和其他Carahsoft代表拒绝回答详细问题。

　　SAP发言人Monika Schaller不予置评。
