智通财经APP获悉，四川成渝高速公路(00107)今早复牌，午后涨近4%，截至发稿，涨3.77%，报3.3港元，成交额1848.85万港元。
消息面上，四川成渝高速公路发布公告称，向控股股东蜀道投资收购湖北荆宜高速公路85%股权，总代价不超过人民币22亿元，包括现金；及透过发行不少于1.05亿股A股，或不多于4.39亿股A股支付，发行价5.01元人民币。
公司指，建议收购事项将有助于公司拓展公路网络，符合公司进一步强化对优质路网资源控制的战略性考虑，有利于壮大交通主业，助力公司可持续健康发展，增强公司的市场竞争力，更好的发挥产业间的规模效应和协同效应。
