近期，瑞士邮政宣布，将于第四季度完成对Open Systems AG的收购，以提升瑞士邮政网络整体安全水平。

Open Systems AG成立于1990年，是一家主营网络运营与安全技术的公司，总部位于瑞士苏黎世，并在瑞士伯尔尼、德国杜塞尔多夫和美国旧金山设有办公室，目前有260名员工。

该收购将补充瑞士邮政子公司Swiss Post Cybersecurity Ltd现有的服务。Swiss Post Cybersecurity Ltd于今年7月刚刚投入运营，主要业务为网络安全解决方案、云服务等。
