智通财经APP讯，万励达(08482)公布，继张雱飞于2024年9月23日举行的延期股东周年大会已退任公司执行董事，张雱飞亦相继不再担任公司合规主任及公司授权代表。
此外，严希茂已获委任为授权代表以填补张雱飞退任后的空缺，自2024年9月24日起生效。
于张雱飞退任后，经GEM上市规则修订后(自2024年1月1日起生效)，公司不再需要根据GEM上市规则委任合规主任。因此，董事会已议决取消合规主任职位，自2024年9月23日起生效。
