智通财经APP讯，四环医药(00460)公布，该集团与韩国生物制药公司Hugel,Inc.(Hugel)签署的关于注射用A型肉毒毒素(商品名：乐提葆®，规格：100U及50U)的独家销售协议，经协议双方一致确认，已续约至2030年年底。
乐提葆®是中国市场中第四个获批上市的肉毒毒素产品，也是目前中国市场上唯一一个获批的韩国肉毒毒素产品。该产品由Hugel研发生产，是韩国当地连续八年市占率第一的肉毒毒素产品。自乐提葆®于2020年在中国获批、2021年正式开始上市销售后，就以其高品质、高性价比的特点获得广大医美消费者的认可。2024年上半年，乐提葆®在中国的销售收入持续维持高增长，同比增长超过50%。根据市场信息显示，乐提葆®在中国的市场占有率已超过10%。
作为Hugel在中国最重要的独家战略合作伙伴，该集团将致力于持续巩固和加强与Hugel在中国的深度战略合作，包括但不限于目前合作的产品乐提葆®及玻尿酸铂安润®。该集团相信，与Hugel之间的密切战略合作将有助于双方的股东实现价值最大化，同时集团有信心与Hugel一起，在不久的将来实现将乐提葆®打造为中国领先肉毒毒素品牌的目标。
