青岛港(06198.HK) (601298.SH) 公布，有关拟发行股份及支付现金购买山东港口日照港集团持有的日照港油品码头100%股权、日照实华原油码头50%股权和山东港口烟台港集团持有的山东联合能源管道输送53.88%股权、山东港源管道物流51%股权，并以询价的方式发行股份募集配套资金，集团于昨日(26日)收到上交所出具的《关于受理青岛港国际股份有限公司发行股份购买资产并募集配套资金申请的通知》。
