公司宣布，向蜀道创投收购湖北荆宜高速公路(标的资产)，该公司将向蜀道创投配售代价股份及支付现金，共同作为代价结算。双方已同意，建议收购事项的最终总代价不超过22亿元人民币。蜀道创投由蜀道投资持有，为该公司控股股东。
