智通财经APP获悉，九龙仓置业(01997)涨近6%，高见25.4港元创今年5月以来新高。截至发稿，涨5.83%，报25.4港元，成交额1.29亿港元。
消息面上，汇丰研究报告指出，香港地产行业基本面应该逐渐改善，减息周期开始有利楼市周期，认为首先会受融资成本下降所带动，其后经营表现录得改善，支持地产股的派息能力。该行认为，九龙仓置业的盈利在未来数年会因为其商场租赁前景改善，而令盈利应会继续复苏。
大华继显此前指，就今年下半年而言，九龙仓置业预计将成为美国潜在减息的主要受益者。报告中称，公司上半年基本盈利同比增长2.1%，受惠于零售租金收入上升以及财务成本下降。不过考虑到香港零售销售复苏较预期弱，因此将九龙仓置业2024、2025及2026基本盈利预测分别下调6.7%、10.1%及9.2%。
