金融界9月27日消息，金科服务发布了2024年上半年的财务数据。报告显示，截至2024年6月30日，公司总收入约为人民币2,410.2百万元，相较于2023年同期，有所下降，降幅约为2.2%。其中，空间物业服务的收入为人民币2,048.1百万元，同比增长0.9%；物业管理服务的收入为人民币2,011.0百万元，同比增长3.4%；非业主增值服务的收入为人民币37.0百万元，同比下降56.5%。公司指出，非业主增值服务收入的大幅下降，主要是由于受到房地产行业流动性危机的影响，公司主动大幅减少了向地产开发商提供案场服务。以上数据未经审核。
