BlockBeats 消息，9 月 27 日，据 Cryptoslate 报道，摩洛哥宣布启动“数字摩洛哥 2030”战略，投入 11 亿美元预算，旨在通过人工智能（AI）和区块链技术将该国打造成全球数字中心。该战略计划到 2030 年在数字领域创造 24 万个新就业岗位，将数字出口收入提高到 400 亿迪拉姆（约 41.5 亿美元），数字经济总体贡献达到 1000 亿迪拉姆（约 103.6 亿美元）。
摩洛哥政府将利用区块链技术构建统一行政服务门户，管理医疗、教育和社会保障等服务，同时利用 AI 系统实时分析和处理数据，提升服务质量。该国还计划将 5G 覆盖率提高到国土面积的 70%，创建 3000 家初创企业，并吸引全球 AI 和区块链技术公司在摩洛哥设立业务，为其不断增长的科技生态系统做出贡献。
