智通财经APP获悉，基建股继续走高，截至发稿，中国通号(03969)涨6.41%，报2.99港元；中国交建(01800)涨5.41%，报4.48港元；中国中铁(00390)涨3.56%，报3.49港元；中国铁建(01186)涨3.21%，报4.82港元。
消息面上，为进一步引导上市公司关注自身投资价值，切实提升投资者回报，证监会研究起草《上市公司监管指引第10号-市值管理（征求意见稿）》。国投证券指出，年初，国资委提出把市值管理纳入央企考核指标，着力提高央企控股上市公司质量，目前多家传统建筑央企PB处于低位，随上市公司市值管理指引（征求意见稿）发布以及后续落实实施，优质低估值建筑央企估值修复和市场回报可期。
中信证券认为，今年以来，整体建筑业规模承压，基建投资在经济增长中发挥重要作用，地方政府专项+中长期特别国债等资金后续发行后或将缓解行业压力。展望后续，国内基建投资仍将成为经济增长的主要发力点，建筑央国企总体更具稳定性，部分细分领域企业发展机遇凸显，海外以中东、东南亚为代表的建筑市场有望持续实现快速增长。
