金吾财讯 | 保险股早盘普升，友邦保险(01299)涨6.92%，云锋金融(00376)涨5.49%，中国平安(02318)涨4.94%，闽信集团(00222)涨4.38%，阳光保险(06963)涨3.99%，众安在线(06060)涨3.25%。央行行长潘功胜在24日召开的国新办新闻发布会上介绍，央行与证监会、金融监管总局协商，将创设证券、基金、保险公司互换便利和股票回购、增持专项再贷款两项结构性货币政策工具。两项新工具各有所长。证券、基金、保险公司互换便利支持符合条件的证券、基金、保险公司，使用债券、股票ETF、沪深300成份股等资产作为抵押，从中央银行换入国债、央行票据等高流动性资产，将大幅提升相关机构的资金获取能力和股票增持能力。同时，通过该工具获取的资金只能用于投资股票市场。证券、基金、保险公司互换便利首期操作规模为5000亿元，未来可视情况扩大规模。华创证券研究所副所长、首席宏观分析师张瑜指出，该工具的意义在于创设了央行直达非银机构的投放机制，既可以避免银行机构的资金空转，又可以保证非银机构流动性相对充裕。天风证券表示，互换便利带动非银机构参与深化资本市场改革建设，非银机构地位有望提升。天风证券还指出，破净企业在市值管理政策带动下存在估值提升空间。证监会就《上市公司监管指引第10号——市值管理（征求意见稿）》征求意见，其中明确对于长期破净公司需披露估值提升计划，并对其作出明确要求。非银金融板块中存在大量破净公司，政策带动下估值修复存在空间。
