【将取消剩余的重要购房限制？上海不动产登记中心：目前未调整】金十数据9月27日讯，有外媒援引相关人士消息报道称，预计上海、深圳将取消剩余的重要购房限制措施。对此，记者分别致电上海不动产登记中心电话962269及深圳12345政务服务热线，相关工作人员均表示，目前相关楼市限购政策未调整，仍维持原有政策。值得一提的是，目前有限购政策的城市仅包括北上广深、天津和海南部分地区，此前多位业内人士预计，未来北上深的限购政策有进一步优化调整的可能性。易居研究院副院长严跃进表示，“一线城市调的可能性很大，但是不是要调到完全放开还不好说，但尺度肯定会较大。”
