消息面上，马可数字科技公告，9月16日，公司配售最多1.55亿股配售股份，所得款项净额约为8133万港元。所得款项净额约86.07%，用于扩展及发展集团保险及金融科技相关业务；及所得款项净额约13.93%，用作集团一般营运资金及一般企业用途。
值得注意的是，在最近有统计数据的5个交易日内，马可数字科技港股通持股占比增加值最大，增加1.78%。截至9月26日，马可数字科技的港股通持股比例高达63.94%。
