智通财经APP获悉，乳制品板块集体高开，截至发稿，蒙牛乳业(02319)涨14.94%，报18.46港元；中国飞鹤(06186)涨8.08%，报5.44港元；优然牧业(09858)涨7.42%，报1.426港元；现代牧业(01117)涨6.82%，报0.949港元。
消息面上，农业农村部等七部门发通知提出，促进牛肉及牛奶消费，科学宣传展示鲜牛肉及鲜牛奶品质和营养价值，推广“学生饮用奶”，鼓励有条件的地方通过发放消费券等方式，拉动牛奶消费。
通知要求，着力稳定肉牛奶牛基础产能，要求各地加快实施基础母牛扩群提质项目，培育奶牛家庭牧场和奶农合作社等新型经营主体。有效降低养殖场户饲草成本，用好用足粮改饲支持政策，加快推进优质饲草收储进度;实施好草原畜牧业转型升级整县推进项目，提高项目建设质量。
中信证券此前表示，2024年奶源过剩仍将持续，原奶价格拐点或在年底出现，奶源过剩对乳企的冲击会小于2023年。东吴证券指出，随着上游盈利恶化加剧，有望加速去化，24Q4行业供需矛盾有望边际改善。
