香港中华煤气有限公司主要业务为供应煤气，目前为超过200万客户提供服务，并开展多元化的煤气炉具和应用方案营运。近年来，该公司还扩展了电讯、楼宇建设工程、新兴能源开发及应用等业务，并在中国内地拥有600个包括智慧能源、城市管道燃气、供水及城市废物资源化利用、天然气加气站及新兴环保能源项目等在内的项目，业务遍及全国28个省级地区。
截至2024年中报，香港中华煤气营业总收入250.95亿元、净利润27.75亿元。
