Zeta Resources (ASX:ZER) proposed a deed of company arrangement (DOCA) for Panoramic Resources (ASX:PAN) and associated entities to be considered at an Oct. 2 creditors meeting, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The DOCA is subject to Australian Foreign Investment Review Board approval and the administrators of Panoramic Resouces obtaining court orders from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, the filing stated.
