A dismissal order was issued by a Cambodian Court in relation to a legal suit filed against Asiatic Group's (SGX:5CR) managing director, Tan Boon Kheng, by Royal Group Phnom Penh, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
The dismissal order was issued on Sept 18 and was translated by lawyers on Sept. 23.
