大快活(00052.HK) 公布，将于下月1日推出“快活回味软餐”产品，将旗下4款产品“阿活咖喱鸡饭”、“鲜茄猪扒饭”、“阿活奶油粟米肉粒饭”及“菠萝咕噜肉饭”，制作成符合照护食指引及国际吞咽障碍饮食标准(IDDSI)等级4标准，并提供WhatsApp订购及提供送货服务，为本港首间推出“软餐”的连锁快餐店。
大快活执行董事兼首席执行官罗辉承透露，公司制作“软餐”的成本较一般餐点贵2至3倍，就推出“软餐”而添置的器材成本更达7位数字。他提到，在大快活的长者客群当中，估计约40%有吞咽困难的情况。随着香港的人口老化，“软餐”市场将会持续录得增长，同时教育大众吞咽困难及软餐的认知。
罗辉承亦指，大快活今年中秋节的生意表现与去年同期相若。另外，今年所有月饼均已“卖断”，故考虑明年增加月饼供应。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
