金融界9月26日消息，康圣环球表示，公司并未并且将不会在全球发售后根据首次公开发售前股票激励计划授出更多购股权。此外，根据公司的首次公开发售后受限制股份单元计划，董事会或董事委员会或获董事会授权之人士可在所有适用法律的规限下不时确定首次公开发售后受限制股份单元计划项下待归属受限制股份单元奖励的相关归属标准及条件或期间。截至2024年6月30日，首次公开发售后受限制股份单元计划的剩余年期约为七年一个月。
