金融界9月27日消息，鼎益丰控股于2024年上半年持有的两项重要股权投资的业绩情况已揭露。一是投资于华音国际控股有限公司，该公司主要在中国从事物业开发和管理。截至2024年3月31日止年度，华音所有者的经审计的综合亏损约为人民币193,330,000元，每股基本亏损为人民币2.68分，经审计的综合资产净值约为人民币228,874,000元。鼎益丰控股在此期间未收到任何股息。二是投资于创业集团（控股）有限公司，公司主要从事建筑工程及环保业务。截至2024年3月31日止年度，创业集团所有者的经审计的综合溢利约为2,863,000港元，每股基本盈利为0.18港仙，经审计的综合资产净值约为399,251,000港元。同样，鼎益丰控股在此期间未收到任何股息。
