　　谈及中国企业出海是，柴小舟建议，中国企业要招聘和培养当地的人才。

　　“我们都是美资企业，但在座的都是中国面孔，一样的，中国企业要出海的话，当地人才的招聘、人才的培养很重要，因为这是最接地气的，否则完全靠遥控的话，你很难在当地能够站稳，而且取得重大的发展”。
