智通财经APP讯，龙光集团(03380)发布公告，公司及其顾问将继续努力，迅速推进境外重组，以期尽快就公司的境外债务整体重组达成协议。境外重组已取得重大进展，即持有现有票据未偿还本金总额超过92%的持有人已签署债权人支持协议;及于2024年8月15日，公司拥有50%股权的相关项目公司麒湾(香港)投资有限公司已成功就凯玥项目获得一笔82亿港元的再融资，凯玥项目为公司重要境外资产，对境外重组至关重要。
为进一步加快进展，公司已委聘伟凯律师事务所担任其境外重组的主要法律顾问。伟凯律师事务所连同公司及其财务顾问将与公司境外债权人合作，以期尽快促成境外重组的实施。
根据债权人支持协议第13.1条(修订及豁免)，已就债权人支持协议作出以下修订及取得以下豁免：最后截止日期(定义见债权人支持协议)已由2024年9月30日进一步延长6周至2024年11月11日，以获得更多时间就境外重组进行持续磋商;及已豁免公司未履行债权人支持协议第4.3条(承诺)(k)段所载(即确保于适用里程碑截止日期(定义见债权人支持协议)或之前完成各重组里程碑(定义见债权人支持协议))的责任而产生的违约及任何终止权利，务请注意，有关豁免将不会有损公司及其顾问按上述拟定方式就推进境外重组作出的努力。
