而Ascend Ecom、Ecommerce Empire Builders 和 FBA Machine 涉及电子商务服务，这三家网站声称其 AI 工具可以帮助用户一键创建网店，实现“每月数千到上万美元的被动收入”，但实际上这三家公司的 AI 工具都不能一键创建网店，同时还拒绝为购买服务的消费者退款，因此遭到FTC起诉。
