消息面上，今年8月，联易融科技宣布，公司全资子公司联睿达拟收购拜特科技29.38%的股权，收购完成后联睿达持股比例将增加至54.38%。机构分析认为，预计若收购落地，公司将有望拓展其客户群体，并为客户提供包括资金管理、支付、融资等更加一体化的核心系统解决方案。同时，协同效应下，有望实现成本端的改善，助力公司巩固其行业领先地位。
今年上半年，联易融科技取得主营业收入及收益4.13亿元人民币，同比增加5.6%；毛利率从60.8%上升至70.9%。截至2024年6月30日，集团的现金及现金等价物和受限制现金合计为50.86亿元，维持健康稳健的财务状况。华创证券表示，随行业集中不断提高，预计公司作为龙头企业地位将持续稳固。政策支持、宏观经济逐步回暖的大背景下，该行认为供应链金融科技行业具备长期增长潜力。
