智通财经APP获悉，香港地产股午前拉升，截至发稿，富力地产(02777)涨24.55%，报1.37港元；恒隆地产(00101)涨10.65%，报7.48港元；新世界发展(00017)涨4.62%，报10.44港元；九龙仓置业(01997)涨4.14%，报27.65港元。
富瑞发布研报指出，香港房地产股股价早前因美国减息而上涨20%至30%，该行指，现时的利率预期已趋向稳定、中国宏观经济及市场情绪出现改善。虽然资本市场转好或会对香港楼价有利，惟风格转向增长或会限制香港房地产股的相对表现。该行续指，最近的中国中央推出的刺激政策，以及对推动消费的财政措施预期不断升温，提振拥有中国零售业务的香港上市收租股前景。
摩根士丹利发布研报指出，香港在受惠于美息下降及内地经济增长加快具独特优势。美联储预计减息亦对估值处历来最低水平，且提供可持续及高派息的香港地产股正面。该行料香港楼价在今年跌8%后，明年回升6%。
