智通财经APP讯，复星旅游文化(01992)发布公告，于2024年9月29日，该等卖方(卖方I悦浩(太仓)旅游文化开发有限公司及卖方II悦欧(太仓)旅游文化开发有限公司，均为公司的全资附属公司)与该等买方订立该等出售协议，据此，该等卖方已同意出售，而该等买方(买方I太仓恒筑置业有限公司及买方II太仓恒泽文化旅游发展有限公司)已同意购买目标物业，总代价为人民币3.94亿元。
目标物业指目标物业13(13号宗地，位于江苏省太仓市科教新城荆石路以南、江申西街以西、宝忠路以北及盐铁塘以东)、目标物业21(21号宗地，位于江苏省太仓市宝忠路以南、江申大道以西、慎之街以北及盐铁塘以东)、目标物业27(27号宗地，位于江苏省太仓市科教新城江申大道以东及正夫路以北)及目标物业28(28号宗地，位于江苏省太仓市科教新城江申大道以东及正夫路以北)。
公告称，出售事项符合集团由重资产向轻资产模式转型的战略目标。该转变有助于精简营运，减轻维持实体资产的负担及聚焦集团的核心竞争力(如项目管理及旅游相关服务)。出售事项将直接改善公司的现金流量，加强公司应对市场机遇与挑战的灵活应变能力。
