智通财经APP讯，佰悦集团(08545)公布，于2024年9月30日，该公司间接全资附属康佰发展有限公司拟向林永泽出售M .I .P . International Limited已发行股本约45.00 %，代价为855万港元。
于完成后，该集团将不再拥有出售公司的任何直接或间接权益，而出售公司将不再作为集团的联营公司入账。出售公司主要从事提供IT网路设计服务、IT解决方案及防火墙捆绑程式。
公告称，出售事项乃集团精简业务营运及专注于其核心竞争力的策略性决定的一部分。过去数年，出售公司对集团的整体表现作出正面贡献。然而，鉴于目前市况及资讯科技行业格局不断演变，董事会相信出售出售公司将可让集团重新分配资源至其核心业务范畴，并更能配合集团的长远策略目标。
出售事项亦将为集团提供即时流动资金，可用于一般营运资金用途及潜在投资机会。出售事项的代价较集团最初支付的购买价有溢价，显示出售公司股份自收购后已升值。
