花旗发布研究报告称，下调对敏华控股2025至2027财年每股盈利预测12%至14%，基于中国市场疲软程度差于预期。对该股目标价由10.5港元降至9港元，维持“买入”评级。
该行预计，公司在2025财年上半年于中国销售将跌约10%，海外销售则升逾10%。2025财年及后往海外市场增长将会强劲，受惠于欧美减息。该行在家具供应链仅予敏华“买入”评级，基于现有家居需求支撑、不昂贵的估值及5%股息率。
