智通财经APP获悉，内险股持续上扬，截至发稿，众安在线(06060)涨17.73%，报15.54港元；新华保险(01336)涨11.83%，报24.1港元；中国平安(02318)涨6.17%，报51.55港元；中国太平(00966)涨3.80%，报12.56港元。
消息面上，近日，中央金融办、中国证监会正式联合印发《关于推动中长期资金入市的指导意见》。着眼于“长钱更多、长钱更长、回报更优”的总体目标，重点提出了建设培育鼓励长期投资的资本市场生态、大力发展权益类公募基金、着力完善各类中长期资金入市配套政策制度三方面举措。
金融监管总局人身保险监管司司长罗艳君在国务院政策例行吹风会上表示，保险资金是比较典型的中长期资金。下一步，金融监管总局将继续优化保险资金运用的监管政策，引导保险公司完善内部长周期考核机制，加大对战略性新兴产业、先进制造业、新型基础设施等领域的投资力度，更好地服务新质生产力发展。
国联证券发布研报称，从我国的实际情况来看，随着监管持续引导保险公司下调产品预定利率、要求银保渠道和经纪渠道严格执行“报行合一”，保险公司的负债成本有望得以压降。在此背景下，保险公司的投资收益率预计能更好地覆盖负债成本，保险公司面临的利差损风险也有望缓解。
