智通财经APP讯，绿色动力环保(01330)发布公告，董事会于2024年9月30日召开第五届董事会第二次会议，以9票赞成、0票弃权、0票反对审议通过了《关于不向下修正可转债转股价格的议案》。鉴于“绿动转债”剩余存续期限较长，董事会综合考虑公司基本情况、市场环境等多重因素，为维护全体股东利益、明确投资者预期，同意本次不向下修正转股价格，同时自董事会审议通过之日起未来十二个月内(2024年9月30 日至2025年9月29日)，如公司A股股价再次触发“绿动转债”转股价格向下修正条款，亦不提出向下修正方案。从2025年9月30日开始重新起算，若再次触发“绿动转债”转股价格向下修正条款，届时董事会将召开会议决定是否提出“绿动转债”的转股价格向下修正方案。
