智通财经APP讯，中国动向(03818)发布公告，董事会已就建议更换公司核数师通知罗兵咸永道会计师事务所，且罗兵咸永道会计师事务所同意辞任公司核数师。董事会已接获罗兵咸永道会计师事务所作出其辞任通知的函件，自2024年9月30日起生效。
董事会在审核委员会建议下，已议决委任德勤‧关黄陈方会计师行为公司新任核数师，自2024年9月30日起生效，以填补罗兵咸永道会计师事务所辞任后的临时空缺。德勤将任职直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
