智通财经APP讯，创维集团(00751)发布公告，于2024年9月30日，该公司间接非全资附属公司江苏创维新能源就储能设备采购的事项与南京创源动力订立采购协议，代价为人民币1280万元(含应缴税项)。
截至2024年6月30日止6个月，集团新增运营且并网发电的户用光伏电站超过8.6万户，累计建成并网运营的户用光伏电站超过528000万座。
对储能设备的需求是在集团光伏业务的日常过程中产生的。考虑到南京创源动力的定价和交货时间优于江苏创维新能源获得的其他独立报价，以及江苏创维新能源购买类似设备的历史状况，董事(包括独立非执行董事)认为，采购协议的条款及其项下拟进行的交易乃按正常商业条款订立，属公平合理，且采购协议的订立于江苏创维新能源的一般及日常业务过程中进行，并符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
