辽宁港口股份有限公司关于联席公司秘书辞职的公告

本公司董事会及全体董事保证本公告内容不存在任何虚假记载、误导性陈述或者重大遗漏，并对其内容的真实性、准确性和完整性承担个别及连带责任。 辽宁港口股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）董事会于2024年9月30日收到李健儒先生提交的书面辞呈，由于到龄退休原因，其申请辞去公司联席公司秘书职务。根据《公司法》及《公司章程》等相关法律法规的规定，李健儒先生的辞职申请自辞呈送达董事会时生效，辞职后不再担任公司任何其他职务。其本人确认：与公司董事会、监事会之间并无任何意见分歧，亦无任何与其本人辞职有关的事项须提请公司股东注意。

在此，公司董事会谨向李健儒先生在公司任职期间对公司发展所作的贡献表示衷心的感谢。
