【住建部部长倪虹：着力解决群众身边急难愁盼问题 高质量实施好城市更新行动】金十数据9月29日讯，第三届北京城市更新论坛暨第二届北京城市更新周9月27日在钟鼓楼文化广场开幕。住房城乡建设部部长倪虹指出，当前，我国城市发展已进入城市更新的重要时期。扎实有序推进城市更新，能够有效释放投资和消费潜能，促进我国经济持续回升向好，打造高品质生活空间，不断增强人民群众获得感、幸福感、安全感。倪虹强调，要坚持问题导向和目标导向相结合，着力解决群众身边的急难愁盼问题，着力补齐制约城市竞争力、承载力和可持续发展的短板弱项，高质量实施好城市更新行动。在机制上，创新完善以需求为导向、以项目为牵引，“先体检、后更新”，金融、财税、土地等政策相协同的城市更新机制。
