Tambourah Metals (ASX:TMB) found shallow gold intersections at Tambourah King, confirming potential extensions to the lode gold system, from recent drilling at the Tambourah project in Western Australia, according to a Friday filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.
Results from the reverse circulation drilling include 5 meters at 2.02 grams per tonne of gold from 53 meters, including 1 meter at 3.35g/t gold from 54 meters, the filing said.
Assays for the diamond drill core are pending, and ongoing assessment will aid in interpreting structural controls and drill planning, according to the filing.
